We stand behind our service quality. If we fail to meet our commitments, you are eligible for a refund.

Processing Speed Tiers

We offer three processing speed options at different price points for your EIN application:

Standard Processing

7 business days processing

Express Processing

2-4 business days processing

Rush Processing

Same business day processing

Important Clarification:

Our processing time = time until WE submit your application to the IRS. This is NOT the time for the IRS to approve or issue your EIN. IRS approval is a separate process that we do not control and cannot guarantee.

Full Refund (100%)

You are eligible for a complete refund in the following situations:

  • Before IRS Submission: You cancel your order before we submit your application to the IRS
  • We Fail to Submit: We are unable to submit your application to the IRS despite receiving complete and accurate information from you
  • Customer Cancellation: You request a cancellation before submission begins

Once your application has been submitted to the IRS, full refunds are no longer available (see Partial Refund and No Refund sections below).

Partial Refund (Tier Price Difference)

You receive a partial refund if we miss your selected processing speed tier due to company-caused delays:

Example 1: Rush to Express

You selected Rush (same day) but we process at Express speed (2-4 days)

Refund: Price difference between Rush and Express tiers

Example 2: Express to Standard

You selected Express (2-4 days) but we process at Standard speed (7 days)

Refund: Price difference between Express and Standard tiers

Example 3: Rush to Standard

You selected Rush (same day) but we process at Standard speed (7 days)

Important:

Partial refunds only apply to company-caused delays, NOT customer-caused delays (see No Refund section below).

No Refund (0%)

Refunds are NOT available in the following situations:

  • After IRS Submission: Your application has already been submitted to the IRS
  • Customer-Caused Delays: Delays due to incomplete information, incorrect information, or slow response from customer
  • IRS Processing Time: We do not control how long the IRS takes to approve or issue your EIN. Our processing time guarantee only covers submission time, not IRS approval time.
  • IRS Rejection (Customer Error): IRS rejects application due to customer-provided inaccurate information
  • Change of Mind: Customer changes mind after submission to IRS

Customer-Caused Delays Include:

  • Not responding to information requests within 48 hours
  • Providing incomplete or incorrect information
  • Failing to sign required documents on time
  • Requesting changes after processing has started

IRS Rejection & Correction Policy

One Free Correction Attempt:

IRS Rejects Due to OUR Error

If we made an error in preparing or submitting your application:

  • One free correction and resubmission
  • No additional charge
  • We take full responsibility

IRS Rejects Due to CUSTOMER Error

If IRS rejects due to inaccurate information you provided:

  • Customer must pay for reapplication
  • One correction attempt policy applies
  • Customer responsibility

Note: We provide one correction attempt per application. Additional corrections beyond the first may incur additional fees.

Requesting a refund is simple and straightforward:

    Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
