Partial Refund - Missed Processing Timeline

If we miss our internal processing deadline due to our error (not customer delays), we will refund the price difference between your selected service tier and the next lower tier:

No Refund - After IRS Submission

Once we have submitted your application to the IRS, no refunds are available (except for processing timeline refunds noted above). This includes:

  • IRS processing delays or government closures
